By creating an account or using Doinik Life, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Doinik Life is a free productivity dashboard provided by us. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the data you store and for ensuring it does not violate the law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service to store or share illegal content.
Attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or interfere with other users.
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent.

4. Data & backups

While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that no data will ever be lost. Please export or back up any data that is important to you. We are not liable for data loss arising from service interruptions, your account being compromised, or any cause outside our reasonable control.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for the process.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doinik Life and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "last updated" date above whenever we change anything material.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
